Shipping Information

 

1. Delivery rate for one (1) item depends on the country of delivery and type of product bought. 

2. We offer shipping to more than 200 countries around the world.

3. We offer Cash On Delivery (COD) only in Semenanjung Malaysia.

4. Shipping estimated time arrival (ETA) information : 

• Malaysia: 2 - 5 working days.
• Worldwide : 7 - 14 working days.
• Brunei, Singapore, Indonesia: 3 - 7 working days.

5. Cut off time for normal, pushed and international delivery is at 12pm (GMT+8) everyday except on Malaysia’s public holidays.

6. Any postage for normal, pushed and international delivery on weekend and public holiday will be carried foward to the next working day.

7. Cut off time for same day delivery is at 5pm. (GMT+8) everyday.

8. Additional charges will be applied for special request for a particular courier service.
