FashRevo Return & Refund Policy
We value your purchase and carefully check all items before delivery. This policy ensures a smooth, fair, and efficient return & refund process for both customers and FashRevo.

1. Eligible for Return / Refund
- Return or refund requests are accepted only if:
i. The wrong item(s) was delivered.
ii. The item(s) received is clearly damaged or defective (e.g., visible tears, rips, or holes in the material).
iii. The item(s) was not received.
Important:
- Customers must contact us within 24 hours of receiving the order via WhatsApp or email:

- Include your order reference number and a photo or video of the item.
- Requests made after 24 hours may not be accepted.

2. Return / Refund Process
1. Once you contact us, our team will assist you in filling out the necessary details to process the return/refund.
2. All refunds will be credited to your bank account within 7–14 working days.
3. Please check your bank account during this period. Once the refund is made, no additional notification will be sent.
4. If proof of payment is required, please email us for verification.

3. Additional Policies
- Walk-In Customers: No exchanges or refunds at the showroom after payment. Please check items carefully before purchase.
- Not Eligible for Return / Refund:
i. Items purchased by mistake
ii. Items that have been worn, used, or washed
iii. Requests made more than 24 hours after receiving the item

4. Notes
- This policy applies to all online and in-store purchases.
- FashRevo reserves the right to reject return/refund requests that do not meet the above criteria.
- All returns are subject to stock availability and additional terms during promotions.
