Q: How can I qualify for the lucky draw?
A: To qualify, purchase above RM500 from 10th Jan 2024 till 5th Feb 2024. Purchases of RM1,000 in a single receipt will only be qualified once.

Q: How will the winners be selected?
A: Winners will be announced during a live session across all platforms on 8th February and names will be selected randomly.

Q: What if I'm not present during the live session?
A: Attendance during the live session is mandatory. If winners are not present, we'll draw another name.

Q: How will I know if I've won?
A: If your name is called during the live session, we'll ask you to message Amy via WhatsApp to confirm your identity. Provide your name and confirm your email address.

Q: Can I win more than once?
A: No, each customer can win only once. The lucky draw is based on individual entries. Good luck! 🎉
