1. General :

We are an E-Commerce platform providing 1 stop shopping experience for Branded/Designers fashion accessories from overseas mainly UK and USA since 2013.

2. Why is your price cheap compared to retail price in the store? :

We established in 2013 in Manchester , United Kingdom. In the UK, we bought those products when they’re on sale price so we get them at discounted price. Sometimes we also buy the products from Outlets in the UK and USA where they give discounted price.

Furthermore , we also have several suppliers and Manufacturer’s official Distributor that have appointed and have agreement with us to sell us at wholesale price.

Some of the products are also out of season’s product which are normally sell at discounted price in the UK and USA.

That’s why we can get to sell the products at discounted price compared to most retail prices around the world.


3. Authenticity : 

All products sold on Fashrevo.com are guaranteed to be authentic. Fashrevo purchases it's goods via authorized dealers or respected industry wholesalers/distributors. All new/unworn items are guaranteed authentic.
Our goal is to provide the best service with the best possible pricing. We occasionally conduct our own research and testing to make sure that all of our products are genuine and authentic. 

We also provide original manufacturer’s manual / receipt / warranty book together with the goods. Watches also come with original manufacturer’s box. 

We are serious in making sure that we are not going to sell any non authentic goods. Not even a AAA grade product. 


4. Watches Warranty : 

As we have different suppliers for each brands , warranty will depend on the brands. We offer up to 2 years Warranty from local manufacturers. Watches that have symptoms of abnormally gaining time, losing time, or not keeping proper time will be serviced under our warranty program. Our warranty does not cover "external damage" to the product.

The warranty does not cover any damage resulting from, water/moisture damage. Additionally, the warranty does not cover any damage to the watch case, crystal/glass, watch bracelet/band, watch bezel, straps, screws, crown/stem, finishes, clasps/buckles, or any other physical damage to the watch. Damage which occurs due to having the watch serviced by a third party, nulls and voids the warranty from Fashrevo.com.

This limited warranty does not cover any damage if there is evidence of excessive wear and tear, or if used under conditions which exceed the watch manufacturer’s water resistance guidelines. Consequential and incidental damages are not recoverable under this warranty or any implied warranties.

  • External wear-and-tear from normal daily use.
  • External damage to the product. Any damages resulting from wear to the watch case, crystal/glass, watch bracelet, watch bezel, straps, screws, crown/stem, finishes, clasps/buckles, or any other physical damage to the watch
  • Defects caused by outside force, improper use, or ANY such incidental damages which occur by dropping or banging the timepiece.
  • Any lost/missing stones or gems on the outer portion of the watch or watch face
  • Outside modifications and third party repair attempts void the warranty
  • Any damage if used under conditions which exceed the watch manufacturer’s water resistance guidelines.
  • Watches that are labeled as water resistant featuring a screw down crown. The crown must be screwed down properly at all times to keep the watch casing from receiving water damage inside the stem. Water damage is not covered under warranty by Fashrevo nor any manufacturer.

Returns, Replacements or Repairs must be coordinated with the Fashrevo team. Please send the item, with your purchase warranty booklet and a brief description of the work requested. RM20 shipping and handling is required (Malaysia Address).

 

5. Warranty For Other Fashion Accessories 

We offer a one month warranty on our handbags, and small leather goods. For any manufacturing defects within this warranty time frame, repairs are on us. Beyond the warranty period, we offer repair services at set fees.

 

6. Payment :

FashRevo offers 5 types of payment : 

  1. Full Payment. Get your item as early as 2 days 
  2. Deposit + Full balance payment. We will book your item once deposit is made. The remaining need to be settled within 1 month time from the order date / notification of arrival. 
  3. Deposit + Installments. Four months exclusive installment payment system. Deposit to secure booking for 1st month. The balance can be divided equally or based on your budget up to the 4th month. Admin fee RM15 will be charged per item. 
  4. Deposit + Cash on Delivery. Minimum deposit is required (RM30) to book the item. The balance will be paid upon delivery to the courier guy including admin fees.
  5. EziBuy: Buy Now, Pay Later. This option is offered to returning customers only where a customer have a full payment history with FashRevo.
    A special system designed to let returning customer pay deposit first before FashRevo deliver the item straight away.
    Then customer will have it’s bank auto deduct the monthly payment for another 3 months.

Deposit that has been made is non-refundable/changeable with another item

If we don't receive any payments (full/installment) within one month from the order date, we may cancel your order and your deposit is non-refundable.

 

7. Return & Refund

Our process before delivery is to check the product thoroughly before a delivery can be made. This is to make sure that all the products are in good conditions before delivery. 
We are committed in bringing a high standard of customer service. 

We guarantee a 100% refund/replacement for 
If goods are missing during our handling or broken (not working) during delivery 
If the goods are deemed not working after arrival (for watches)
If the goods have got a clear physical damage on the goods 
If the items are out of stock after a booking have been made (unless the customer wants to change the order with a different item in stock)

However , the customer have to make a report to us on the SAME DAY OF ITEMS ARRIVAL and email to belibeliuk@gmail.com. We cannot make a refund for an item that has been worn and used after one day.

Please note: a return request must be initiated upon receiving the merchandise and product must be returned within 3 days from the day of complaint. Further, all products must be returned in a new and unused state, in perfect condition, with all original shipping and product packaging and tags in place. We will not accept any return if the product shows signs of wear, or has been used or altered from its original condition in any way.

  

8. Delivery and Shipping

  •  Delivery rate for one item depends on the country of delivery and type of product bought
  • We delivery worldwide unless your country is on economic banned list internationally.
  • We offer COD only in Semenanjung Malaysia.
  • Delivery cut off time is 12pm for normal & express delivery. For same day delivery, cut off time is 5pm. 
  • Shipping ETA
    • Malaysia: 2-5 working days
    • Brunei, Singapore, Indonesia: 3-7 working days
    • Worldwide : 7-14 working days
