Here are our Trade-In Terms & Conditions:

  1. Eligibility:

    • The item(s) must be purchased from FashRevo, and we exclusively accept handbags for trade-in.

  2. Condition:

    • Items should be in good working order, free from missing components, and without noticeable damage.
    • We only accept items in good condition, rated a minimum of 8/10.

  3. Evaluation:

    • Our team will thoroughly assess the condition of all items. We reserve the right to reject any application.

  4. Additional Consideration:

    • Item(s) with the original box, gift receipt, or dust bag will be given priority.

  5. Quotation:

    • We will provide a price quote for your item(s), and your agreement is required to proceed.

  6. Sending Your Item(s):

    • Once approved, please send your item(s) to our showroom within 7 days from the date of this email. Share the tracking number and details as follows:

  7. Reevaluation:

    • Upon receipt, your item(s) will be assessed once more to ensure their condition.

  8. Shopping Voucher:

    • Upon finalization, you will receive a shopping voucher equivalent to the previously quoted price, which can be used for purchases on our website or in-store.

  9. Customer Responsibility:

    • We encourage customers to thoroughly review and understand the terms and conditions as well as the program's policies before participating in the trade-in program.

General Terms and Conditions for Voucher:

  • The code is valid for online sales channels and in-store.
  • Not applicable to sale items.
  • Each code can be used once per order.
  • A minimum purchase of MYR 250.00 is required.
  • Limited to one use per customer.
  • Cannot be combined with other discounts.
  • The code remains active for 3 months.
