Preorder Policy
By placing a preorder with FashRevo, you agree to the following policy. These policy are set to ensure transparency and protect both parties throughout the preorder process.
1. Product Authenticity & Exclusivity
- All preorder items are 100% authentic, sourced directly from reputable US outlets.
- We offer rare collections that are typically not available in the local market, giving customers exclusive access to global fashion trends.
2. Preorder Timeline
- All preorder items are expected to be shipped within 30 working days from the date of purchase.
- This timeline is an estimate and may be affected by supplier availability, customs clearance, and other external factors.
- In the event of a significant delay beyond 30 working days, customers will be notified accordingly.
3. Late Delivery Compensation
- Customers will receive a RM30 voucher (code: PREORDER30) if their preorder item is delivered after 30 working days from the date of purchase.
- This voucher is applicable only for delayed orders and will not be given for on-time deliveries or order cancellations.
4. Switching Items
- Customers may switch to another item at any time before shipping, subject to these conditions:
a. If FashRevo experiences a delay (beyond 30 working days) or is unable to purchase the item:
- Switching to a same, lower, or higher-priced item is allowed.
- For higher-priced items, customers must pay the price difference.
b. If the item is still within the preorder timeline (no delay) and FashRevo is able to purchase it:
- Switching is only allowed to a same-priced or higher-priced item.
- For higher-priced items, customers must pay the price difference.
- Switching to a lower-priced item is not allowed, and no refund will be given.
5. Cancellation & Refund
- All preorder sales are final. Refunds are not allowed once the order is placed.
- Returns or cancellations will only be considered if there is a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong item sent).
- Refunds or returns will not be accepted due to:
a. Wrong size selection
b. Change of mind
c. Item not meeting expectations
6. Packaging Details
- Preorder items may not come in the original brand packaging.
- Dust bags, paper bags, and authenticity cards may not be included unless stated otherwise.
7. Warranty Coverage
- All preorder items come with a 30-working day warranty from the date of delivery.
- This warranty covers manufacturing defects only (e.g., broken zippers, stitching issues).
- It does not cover damage caused by wear and tear, misuse, or alteration of the item.
- To claim a warranty, customers must provide clear photos and proof of the issue within the warranty period.
8. Colour Disclaimer
- Actual product colours may differ slightly from the photos due to lighting and screen display differences.
